Kamini is a highly dedicated and passionate clinician who enjoys working with young children and their families within Victoria’s culturally diverse communities. Throughout her years of clinical practice, she has become a strong advocate for early intervention and family-centered care, recognizing the importance of empowering families throughout their child’s journey.
As a parent, she understands the many demands and challenges of parenthood and works collaboratively with families to develop practical, achievable strategies that can be incorporated into everyday routines to support their child’s developmental needs.
For Kamini, the most rewarding part of her profession is seeing the excitement and joy on parents’ faces when their child reaches an important milestone during therapy sessions. Her warm smile, friendly nature, and creative “bag of tricks” help her build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
Outside of work, Kamini enjoys spending time with her young family and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant and diverse food culture.
Kamini completed her Master of Speech Pathology at Curtin University in 2011. Since then, she has developed extensive knowledge and clinical expertise through her work across hospitals, community organisations, and private practice settings.
